Audi Delivery Day Agenda
Agenda:
8:30 am: An Audi chauffeur will greet you at the hotel and drive you to the Audi Forum
9:30 am: Check-in
10:00 am: Vehicle Delivery
11:30 am: Factory Tour
-all meals throughout the day are provided by Audi
-visitation to the mobile museum is available until 6:00 pm

Audi Hotel Conformation!
Today, we received conformation from Audi that our hotel rooms at the Kempinski Hotel at the Munich Airport are booked!
Conformation!!!
A few days ago we received official conformation from the Audi European Delivery Program of our requested delivery date in early June. We received conformation in two ways:
1) we were informed by our local Audi Dealership that our requested delivery date was now official and our Audi Q5 was currently in the assembly line in Ingolstadt being built. Upon receiving conformation we went into the dealership to pay the full car price + VAT Tax (see Audi tab up top).
2) A few days after the dealership called we received a packet not only confirming our requested delivery date also providing us with a detailed schedule of our delivery day activities.
